Article 34. To see if the town will vote to improve Main Street, Village of Bondsville, from the intersection of Main and Depot Streets easterly to the Bondsville Fire Station, and raise by taxation or otherwise, or by transfer from available funds, any sum of money therefor, said monies to be used in conjunction with any monies allotted for this purpose by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the County of Hampden, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 35. To see if the town will vote to improve and harden Geraldine Street, Depot Village, from Cabot Street westerly to the end of said Geraldine Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 36. To see if the town will vote to improve and harden Cabot Street Extension, Depot Village, from Alden Street to Breckenridge Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 37. To see if the town will vote to widen and re- surface Summer Street, Village of Thorndike, from Pleasant Street northerly for a distance of approximately three-tenths

(3/10) of a mile, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 38. To see if the town will vote to improve and harden Riverview Parkway, Depot Village, from the intersection of Salem Street easterly along Riverview Parkway Extension a distance of about two hundred forty-three (243) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 39. To see if the town will vote to improve Flynt Street from Nipmuck Road to the section previously oiled and improved, a distance of approximately one-half (1/2) mile, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 40. To see if the town will vote to widen and re- surface with Type I asphalt, Bourne Street, Village of Three Rivers, from the intersection of Pleasant Street approximately twenty-five hundred (2500) feet easterly to Sykes Street and to rebank the curve and approaches at and near said Sykes Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 41. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Church Street, Village of Thorndike, from Main Street to re- sidence of Adam Karlon, and resurface with Type I asphalt, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 42. To see if the town will vote to continue bi- tuminous surfacing of Mason Road, south of former MacLean. farm to Nipmuck Road, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 43. To see if the town will vote to improve Buck- land Street, Depot Village, by hardening and installing curbing from the end of the present improved area to residence of one Burke, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 44. To see if the town will vote to improve and harden Kelley Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Front Street to South Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 47. To see if the town will vote to widen Baptist Hill Road, Village of Three Rivers, from end of present improved area to the Wilbraham line and replace culverts where neces- sary, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 48. To see if the town will vote to improve Chudy Street, Village of Three Rivers, from residence of Kowalczyk to residence of Koziol, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 49. To see if the town will vote to repair and oil Lafayette Street, Village of Three Rivers, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 50. To see if the town will vote to repair and oil Riverside Street, Village of Three Rivers, and raise and ap- propriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 51. To see if the town will vote to improve Grif- fin Street, Village of Bondsville, near residence of Wostena and Bycienski, and raise and appropriate any sum of money there- for.
Article 52. To see if the town will vote to improve and straighten the corner on Old Warren Road about five hundred (500) feet northerly of the residence of Sidney Clark, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 53. To see if the town will vote to improve and resurface Calkins Road, Depot Village, from Route 20 northerly approximately five hundred (500) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 54. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sewers, cul-

verts and proper catch basins, or take any action relative there- to on the following projects:
(a) Sewer on Church Street, Village of Thorndike, from Belanger block westerly to corner of Main and Church Streets;
(b) Sewer on Park Street, Depot Village, North side, from School Street to Walnut Street;
(c) Sewer and catch basins on Main Street, Village of Bondsville, from Depot Street to Fire Station;
(d) Storm sewer on Main Street, Village of Three Rivers, North side, from 390 Main Street westerly to Bridge and Main Streets;
(e) Sewer on Roosevelt Street, Depot Village, a distance of approximately two hundred eighty-seven (287) feet;
(f) Extension of sewer in River Street, Village of Thorn- dike, from end of existing line a distance of approximately seven hundred fifty (750) feet to property of one Ziemba;
(g) Culvert from Lily Pond, so-called, Village of Bonds- ville, to eliminate overflow from said Lily Pond emptying onto private property on South Main Street;
(h) Sewer in Mechanic Street, Green Street, Bowden Street and Temple Street, Depot Village, together with connec- tions to existing sewer in Orchard and North Main Streets, and enlargement of existing sewer, if such .is necessary;
(i) Extension of sewer in Old County Highway near St. Thomas' Cemetery crossing to Route 32 near Cemetery gate and continuing along Route 32 to intersection of Old Warren Road, and as far as available funds will permit;
(j) Install larger sewer line and proper catch basins to replace existing system on Crawford Street, Village of Bonds- ville, from South High Street to South Main Street;
(k) Installation of surface drainage on Park Street, Depot Village, near Griswold's Garage;

(1) Sewer in Chudy Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Barker Street westerly a distance of approximately four hundred (400) feet.
Article 55. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- pri ate any sum of money for the construction of sidewalks and curbings and/or sidewalk or curbing, or take any action relative thereto on the projects set forth as follows:
(a) Sidewalk on Shearer Street, Depot Village, East side, from end of present walk northeasterly to Lawrence Street, so-called;
(b) Sidewalk on Church Street, Village of Thorndike, South- west side, from residence of George Reynolds to property of Self-Locking Carton Company;
(c) Sidewalk on Highland Street, Depot Village, North side, from Squier Street westerly to property of Brainerd;
(d) Sidewalk on Squier Street, Depot Village, West side, from Highland Street to Pine Street;
(e) Replace existing sidewalk on Main Street, Village of Bondsville, Northeast side, from Depot Street to Fire Station;
(f) Replace existing sidewalk entire length of Pleasant Street, Village of Bondsville, North side;
. (g) Curbings on Randall Street, Depot Village, both sides, from North Main Street. to Shearer Street;
(h) Replace existing sidewalk on Park Street, Depot Vil- lage, North side, from School Street to Walnut Street;
(i) Sidewalk on Front Street, Village of Three Rivers, from easterly boundary of Chudy property to intersection of Front and Kelley Streets and thence southerly on Kelley Street to South Street;
(j) Sidewalk and curbing on Spring Street, Depot Village, North side, from Squier Street Westerly along property of Connor approximately one hundred sixty-five (165) feet to pro- perty of Collis;

(k) Sidewalk and curbing on Squier Street, Depot Village, East side from end of present walk to the northerly property line of Skowyra;
(1) Sidewalk and curbing on Ford Street, Village of Three Rivers, East side from residence of Wojtowicz to residence of Wilga a distance of approximately twelve hundred (1200) feet;
(m) Sidewalk on Pleasant Street, Village of Thorndike, North side, from residence of Welch westerly to end of present walk near residence of Witowski;
(n) Sidewalk and curbing on Longview Street, Depot Vil- lage, both sides, from intersection of Buckland Street westerly past property of Donovan, a distance of approximately five hundred fifty (550) feet;
(0) Sidewalk on South Street, Village of Three Rivers, North side, from Palmer Road to Kelley Street;
(p) Sidewalk and curbing on Bourne Street, Village of Three Rivers, North side, from property of Novak to property of Pereira a distance of approximately three hundred eighty-three (383) feet;
(q) Sidewalk on Cross Street, Village of Bondsville, West side, from Center Street to Maple Street;
(r) Sidewalk on Central Street, Depot Village, West side, from intersection of Pleasant Street northerly a distance of ap- proximately one hundred sixty (160) feet;
(s) Sidewalk on Springfield Street, Village of Three Rivers, North side, from 92 Springfield Street westerly to end of pro- perty at 114 Springfield Street;
(t) Sidewalk and curbing on Springfield Street, Village of Three Rivers, South side, from 83 Springfield Street westerly to end of property at 117 Springfield Street;
(u) Sidewalk and curbing on Chudy Street, Village of Three Rivers, North side from Barker Street a distance of approxi- mately six hundred (600) feet;
(v) Continuation of sidewalk on Randall Street, Depot Vil- lage, East side from end of present walk a distance of approxi- mately one hundred (100) feet.

Article 56. To see if the town will vote to install, main- tain, and raise and appropriate money for additional street lights as follows:
(a) Light on Flynt Street, Lake Thompson District, near residence of Walter Zebrowski;
(b) Lights as necessary to illuminate Bridge on South Main Street crossing over Boston and Albany Railroad Tracks;
(c) Light on Riverview Parkway, Depot Village, between residences of Ames and Schaaf;
(d) Light or lights as necessary on Cabot Street Extension, Depot Village, between residences of Rawson and Karczmar- czyk;
(e) Two lights on Shearer Street, Depot Village, from Pole #25 North to Lawrence Street, so-called;
(f) Light on Diane Street, Depot Village;
(g) Light at corner of Fairview and Searle Streets, Depot Village;
(h) Two lights on High Street, Village of Thorndike, Ceme- tery Hill, so-called near residence of Joseph Bogacz;
(i) Light at corner of Cheney and Cedar Streets, Village of Three Rivers;
(j) Lights as necessary on Springfield Street, Village of Three Rivers, from residence of Zuhuski to residence of Bernard near the town line;
(k) Light on Summer Street, Village of Bondsville, near residence of Parda;
(1) Four or more lights as necessary to illuminate State Street, Village of Bondsville, from the last light to site of the town dump;
(m) Installation of aluminum poles on East side of Main Street, Village of Bondsville, from State Street to the Fire Sta- tion;

(n) Lights as necessary on Cross Street, Village of Bonds- ville;
(o) Light on West Ware Road, Village of Bondsville, near residence of Jadwiga Duda;
(p) Light on State Street, Village of Bondsville, North side, near residence of Frank Bigda;
(q) Additional lights as necessary on Old Warren Road northerly from residence of Sidney Clark;
(r) Increase lumen of existing light at corner of Church and Main Streets, Village of Thorndike.
And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by post- ing up attested copies thereof in some one public place in each of the four villages of the town, known as the Depot Village, Thorndike, Three Rivers and Bondsville, seven days at least be- fore the holding of said meeting and by publishing an attested copy thereof in at least two issues of the Journal-Register, a news- paper published in said Palmer, the first publication to be not less than seven days before the holding of said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at or before the holding of said meeting.
