along the easterly line of said High Street a distance of five and 1/10 (5.1) feet to a point, thence turning and running S. 55° 54' 30" E. along line of land of said Gill and land of said Belanger a distance of one hundred fourteen and 13/100 (114.13) feet to a point, thence turning and running S. 45° 10' 30" E. along said Belanger land a distance of thirty-one and 6/100 (31.06) feet to a point, thence turning and running S. 79° 02' 30" E. along said Belanger land and land of one Sawicki a distance of one hund- red ten and 94/100 (110.94) feet to the westerly line of said Stewart Street, thence S. 10° 57' 30" W. along the westerly line of said Stewart Street a distance of ten (10) feet to the point of beginning. Said town footway is for the purpose of a sidewalk and stairway connecting said Stewart Street with said High Street.
Article 34. To see if the town will vote to improve Fairview Street, Depot Village, from Shearer Street to Wright Street, said improvement to be comparable to construction recently made on Wright Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 35. To see if the town will vote to improve Pleasant Street, Depot Village, from Central Street easterly to end of street and install curbings where necessary, and raise and appro- priate any sum of money therefor.
Article 36. To see if the town will vote to improve by resur- facing and installing curbs where necessary, School Street, Depct Village and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 37. To see if the town will vote to improve surface of Vernon Street, Depot Village, from Buckland Street westerly for about three hundred (300) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 38. To see if the town will vote to improve Nipmuck Road, Depot Village, from Route 20 easterly to Mason Road and connecting again with Route 20, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 39. To see if the town will vote to repair, widen an oil Gates Street, Palmer Center, from Old Warren Road to Ware Road (Route 32), and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 40. To see if the town will vote to repair and widen Old Warren Road from residence of John Lizak westerly for about one thousand, five hundred (1500) feet, and raise and ap- propriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 48. To see if the town will vote to widen and re- surface North Street, Village of Three Rivers, with Type I be- ginning at a point near residence of John Lis and extending northeasterly for about nine hundred sixty (960) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 49. To see if the town will vote to raise, widen and resurface with Type I, Bourne Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Wilczek residence westerly for five hundred fifty (550) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money there- for.

Article 52. To see if the town will vote to straighten curve and widen Flynt Street, Lake Thompson, at approach to junc-

Article 53. To see if the town will vote to widen and oil Smith Street, Lake Thompson and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 54. To see if the town will vote to re-open road connecting Lake Thompson with Mason District Road, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 55. To see if the town will vote to gravel, grade and hard top Carter Street, Lake Thompson for about eleven hundred (1100) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 56. To see if the town will vote to improve and widen Baptist Hill Road from residence of Nadolski to Wilbra- ham town line, an raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 57. To see if the town will vote to widen and otherwise improve Baptist Hill Road from its intersection with Route 20 northerly to a point near residence of Alfred Ziegler, and raise and appropriate any sum of money thercfor.
Article 58. To see if the town will vote to grade and harden Flynt Street, Lake Thompson area, from the point of intersection with the new overpass approach, thence to Nipmuck Road and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 59. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct and otherwise improve South Main Street, Depot Village, from B & A Overpass to Fox Street, and raise and appropriate by taxation or otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjuction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the County of Hampden or take any action relative thereto.
Article 60. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sewers, culverts and proper catch basins, or take any action relative thereto on the following projects:
(a) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Central Street, Village of Three Rivers, entire street, a distance of approximate- ly five hundred (500) feet;
(b) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Lafayette Street, Village of Three Rivers, entire street, a distance of approximate- ly four hundred (400) feet;
(c) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Mechanic Street, Depot Village, entire street, a distance of approximately seven hundred thirty (730) feet;

(d) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Green Street, Depot Village, entire street, a distance of approximately three hundred sixty (360) feet;
(e) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Bowden Street, Depot Village, entire street, a distance of approximately three hundred sixty (360) feet;
(f) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Temple Street, De- pot Village, entire street;
(g) Extension of sewer with necessary catch basins in Old County Highway from entrance to St. Thomas' Cemetery con- tinuing through cross-over to Ware Road (Route 32) then con- tinuing on Ware Road to Flynt Street;
(h) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Randall Street, Depot Village from North Main Street easterly for a distance of approximately six hundred (600) feet;
(i) Drainage where necessary on Diane Street, Depot Vil- lage;
(j) Extension of sewer on Pleasant Street, Village of Thorndike from a point opposite residence of Hugh Welch, 46 Pleasant Street, to property of Witkoski at 70 Pleasant Street;
(k) Sewer and necessary catch basins on Main Street, Vil- lage of Thorndike from end of present sewer line at St. Mary's Church to residence of one Kolbusz;
(1) Sewer on Pine Street, Village of Thorndike from Church Street easterly for a distance of approximately four hundred fifty (450) feet;
- (m) Install surface drain on Pine Street, Village of Bonds- ville on easterly side and extending northerly to connect with storm water drain at Pine and South Main Streets, for a dis- tance of approximately four hundred twenty-five (425) feet;
(n) Install proper surface drainage on Pine Street, Vil- lage of Bondsville, from culvert in front of property of George Fuller;
(०) Install culvert to lower level of Lily Pond, so-called, Village of Bondsville, three (3) feet, to eliminate overflow from said Lily Pond emptying onto private property on South Main Street;
(p) Storm sewer on Main Street, Village of Three Rivers, north side from 390 Main Street westerly to Bridge and Main Streets.
Article 61. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate any sum of money for the construction of sidewalks and curbings and/or sidewalk or curbing, or take any action relative thereto on the projects set forth as follows:
(a) Sidewalk and curbing on Ford Street, Village of Three Rivers, from corner of Cedar Street, a distance of approximate- ly six hundred (600) feet;
(b) Sidewalks on both sides of Conant Street, Depot Vil- lage, for entire length;

(c) Repair and renew sidewalks on Central Street, Depot Village, on both sides of street from Converse Street to Eager Field;
(d) Sidewalks on both sides of street on French Street, Depot Village;
(e) Sidewalk on Ruggles Street, Village of Three Rivers on east side from end of present walk to residence of Mary Jajuga;
(f) Sidewalk on Pine Street, Village of Bondsville, from end of present sewer line for a distance of approximately two hundred fifty (250) feet;
(g) Sidewalk with suitable tree belt curb on South Main Street, Village of Bondsville from intersection of Pine Street and proceeding southerly along South Main Street for a distance of approximately five hundred (500) feet;
(h) Sidewalk on Park Street, Depot Village (Route 20) on north side beginning at a point opposite the Rathbone P'ant and running westerly to Pinney Street;
(i) Sidewalk on State Street, Village of Bondsville on northerly side beginning at intersection of High Street and running easterly to property of John Kulig, a distance of ap- proximately fifteen hundred (1500) feet;
(j) Sidewalk on Harvey Street, Village of Thorndike on east side, entire length of street, a distance of approximately six hundred (600) feet;
(k) Sidewalk and curb on Lathrop Street, Depot Village on southerly side from North Main Street, a distance of ap- proximately four hundred (400) feet;
(1) Sidewalks on both sides of South Main Street, Depot Village from B & A over-pass to Fox Street;
(m) Sidewalks on both sides of Dublin Street, Depot Village for entire length of street;
(n) Sidewalk on Pine Street, Village of Bondsville, on west side from property of Josephine Glaccum to property of Harriet Lamb;
(o) Replace existing sidewalk on west side of High Street, Village of Bondsville from Spring Street to State Street;
(p) Replace existing sidewalk on northeast side of Main Street, Village of Bondsville from property of Stanley Bak to Center Street;
(q) Sidewalk on easterly side of South Main Street, Vil- lage of Bondsville from State Street to Crawford Street. a distance of approximately eleven hundred twenty (1120) feet;
(r) Sidewalk and curb on easterly side of Squier Street, Depot Village from end of existing walk, Northerly a distance of approximately two hundred eighteen (218) feet;

(s) Sidewalk and curb on south side of Pine Street, Depot Village from intersection of King, westerly to Brown Street;
(t) Sidewalk and curb on Shearer Street, Depot Village from Randall Street, northeasterly a distance of approximately eleven hundred (1100) feet;
(u) Replace existing sidewalk on Main Street, Village of Three Rivers from property of Ziemba westerly to property of Kszepka, a distance of approximately two hundred (200) feet;
(v) Curbing on north side of Chudy Street, Village of Three Rivers, entire length of street, a distance of approxi- mately six hundred (600) feet;
(w) Repair, replace or otherwise improve the path running from High Street northeasterly to Stewart Street, Village of Bondsville;
(x) Sidewalk and curbing on School Street, Depot Village, both sides from Pleasant Street northerly to end of street;
(y) Sidewalk and curbing on Springfield Street, Village of Three Rivers, south side, from 83 Springfield Street westerly to end of property at 117 Springfield Street.
Article 62. To see if the town will vote to install, maintain and raise and appropriate money for additional street lights as follows:
(a) Light on Pole #102, Palmer Road, Village of Bonds- ville, near residence of Edward Midura;
(b) Light on High Street, Depot Village, near residence of Charles F. Sherman;
(c) Lights as necessary on Springfield Street, Village of Three Rivers, from residence of Zuhusky to residence of Bernard, near Wilbraham Town Line;
(d) Lights as necessary on O'd Warren Road, Palmer Center section, northerly from residence of Sidney Clark;
e) Light on Roosevelt Street, Depot Village, near residence of Joseph Zebrowski;
(f) Light on Anderson Street, Village of Three Rivers, near residence of John Dennert;
(g) Light on School Street, Depot Village, between Park Street and Pleasant Street;
(h) Light on Flynt Street, Lake Thompson section, on Pole #34;
(i) Lights as necessary on the stairway between High Street and Stewart Street, Village of Bondsville;
(j) Lights as necessary on Smith Street, Lake Thompson area;
(k) Lights as necessary on Sasur Street, Village of Three Rivers;

(1) Lights as necessary on Linda Street, Village of Three Rivers;
(m) Light on Belchertown Street, Village of Three Rivers, near residence of Majka.
Article 63. To see if the town will vote to purchase a new cruiser for the Police Department, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 64. To see if the town will vote to improve Palmer Road, Village of Three Rivers, beginning at the end of the pre- viously completed Chapter 90 project near the intersection of Calkins Road and running easterly to a point beyond the Cen- tral Vermont overpass, a distance of approximately nine hund- red (900) feet, and raise by taxation or otherwise, or by trans- fer from available funds, any sum of money therefor, said mon- ies to be used in conjunction with any monies allotted for this purpose by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the County of Hampden, or take any action relative thereto.
And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof in some one public place in each of the four villages of the town, known as the Depot Village, Thorndike, Three Rivers and Bondsville, seven days at least before the ho'ding of said meeting, and by publishing attested copy thereof in at least two issues of the Journal- Register, a newspaper published in said Palmer, the first pub- lication to be not less than seven days before the holding of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk at or before the holding of said meeting.
