Beginning at a Concrete Bound on the Southwesterly side of Flynt Street, marking the boundary iine between land of Hans M. and Elizabeth C. Jensen, and land of Earl W. and Bertha B. Monat, said Concrete Bound is about three thousand four hundred fifty (3450) feet Southerly measured along said Flynt Street from Old Warren Road, and running thence
Southeasterly about four hundred twenty (420) feet along the old sideline of Flynt Street, in part along a barbed wire fence to a Concrete Bound at land of Robert L. and Lillian B. Smith; thence turning and running

To see if the town will accept and allow a town footway in the Village of Bondsville, Palmer, Massachusetts, as shown on plan entitled "Plan Showing Layout of Right-of-Way for Sidewalk and Stairs, High Street and Stewart Street, Village of Bondsville, Prepared by T. D. Crimmins (former Town En- gineer) as Laid Out By the Selectmen", according to the follow- ing description:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Stewart Street, said point being located S. 10° 57' 30" W. a distance of five (5) feet from the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of one Chudy; thence turning and running N. 79° 02' 30" W. along other

Said town way is for the purpose of a sidewalk and stairway connecting said Stewart Street with said High Street.
Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the purchase of the following pieces of equipment for use of the Highway Department:
(a) 1 Pickup Truck.
(b) 1 Dump Truck.
(c) 1 Front End Loader with necessary attachments.
(d) 1 ten-foot snow plow, or take any action relative there- to.
Article 30. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of $2000 or any other sum for street signs, pipes and installation of same, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 31. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the repair and resurfacing of School Street, Depot Village, from the intersection of Park Street east- erly to High Street, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 32. To see if the town will vote to improve and oil Vernon Street, Depot Village, from Buckland Street, westerly for a distance of approximately three hundred eighty (380) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 33. To see if the town will vote to improve Shearer

Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 34. To see if the town will vote to resurface Foster Street, Depot. Village, with Type I material, and raise and appro- priate any sum of money therefor. :
Article 35. To see if the town will vote to resurface Knox Street, Depot Village, with Type I material, and raise and appro- priate any sum of money therefor.
Article 36. To see if the town will vote to improve Oakland Street, Depot Village, entire length of town way, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 37. To see if the town will vote to improve Wood- land Street, Depot Village, with Type I material, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 38. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the repair and widening of Old War- ren Road, Depot Village, beginning at State Route 67 westerly for a distance of approximately five thousand (5000) feet, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 39. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Calk- ins Road from end of present improved surface of Palmer Road to the Turnpike Bridge, and raise and appropriate by taxation or otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in con- junction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Mass- achusetts and the County of Hampden or take any action relative thereto.
Article 40. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct and improve Thorndike Street in the Depot Village from Station 80 to Station 150, a distance of approximately two thousand (2000) feet, and raise and appropriate by taxation or otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjunction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the County of Hampden or take any action relative thereto.
Article 41. To see if the town will vote to improve Robin- son Street, Depot Village, from property of Sablak to Route 67, for a distance of one mile, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 42. To see if the town will vote to complete widen- ing and tarring of Gates Road, Village of Thorndike, between Old Warren Road and Ware Road, for a distance of approximately twelve hundred (1200) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 43. To see if the town will vote to improve Stimson

Street, Village of Thorndike, from Forest Lake Road, or River Street to Route 32 or Ware Road, for a distance of one and a half miles, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 44. To see if the town will vote to resurface Plea- sant Street, Village of Thorndike, from corner of Church and Main Streets northerly for a distance of approximately one thou- sand (1000) feet, with Type I material, and raise and appropri- ate any sum of money therefor.
Article 45. To see if the town will vote to improve and finish shoulders on Kelley Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Front Street to High Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 46. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Ruggles Street, Village of Three Rivers, near LaFayette Street and near residences of Skutnik, Czupryna and Tenczar, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 47. To see if the town will vote to improve and re- grade railroad crossing, Cheneyville (Quaboag and Ford Streets) Village of Three Rivers, and install lights and safety devices, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 48. To see if the town will vote to raise elevation on easterly side of North Street, Village of Three Rivers, for a dis- tance of one hundred (100) feet in front of residence of Edward Smola, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 49. To see if the town will vote to widen and repair North Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Bridge Street run- ning north on westerly side for a distance of approximately five hundred (500) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 50. To see if the town will vote to improve Baptist Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Wesson property to resi- dence of Joseph Rudnick, for a distance of approximately two thousand (2000) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 51. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Main Street, Village of Bondsville, from property of Stanley Bak northerly to Center Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.
Article 52. To see if the town will vote to widen Griffin Street, Village of Bondsville, from a point near residence of Sull- ivan to railroad tracks, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 53. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct and improve State Street, Village of Bondsville, from end of present improved surface easterly to intersection of Jim Ash Road, with Type I material, and raise and appropriate by taxation or other- wise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjunc- tion with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Massachu- setts and the County of Hampden, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 54. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sewers, culverts and proper catch basins, or take any action relative thereto on the following projects:
(a) Twelve (12") inch sanitary sewer to replace in part the existing twelve (12") inch sanitary sewer in Main Street, Vil. lage of Thorndike, from existing manhole at Main and Commer- cial Streets, westerly for a distance of approximately twenty- two hundred (2200) feet to residence of Alvin Rondeau.
(b) Sewer with necessary catch basins on Hill Street, Vil- lage of Thorndike.
(c) Sewer connecting to existing end of twelve (12") inch sewer in the Village of Thorndike as partially constructed under Article 62, Section (b) of the Warrant calling the Annual Town Meeting of February 10, 1958.
(d) Sewer and necessary catch basins in Ruggles Street, Village of Three Rivers, near Lafayette Street and near resi- dences of Skutnik, Czupryna and Tenczar.
(e) Catch basin on westerly side of Sykes Street, Village of Three Rivers, in front of property of Edward Bachand.
(f) Sewer, culverts and necessary catch basins on State Street, Village of Bondsville, from end of present sewer, easterly to intersection of Jim Ash Road.
Article 55. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sidewalks and curbings and/or sidewalk or curbing, or take any action relative thereto on the projects set forth as follows:
(a) Sidewalk and curbing on west side of North Main Street, Depot Village, from Temple Street to Orchard Street, for a distance of approximately four hundred (400') feet.
(b) Curbing on north side of Riverview Parkway, Depot Village, from Strong Street to Conant Street.
(c) Replace as necessary existing sidewalks on both sides of School Street, Depot Village, easterly of Park Street inter- section.

(d) Extend present curbing on Longview Street, Depot Vil- lage, from present location past land of Geer, for a distance of approximately two hundred (200') feet.
(e) Sidewalk and curbing on east side of South Main Street, Depot Village, from property of Bresette, 257 South Main Street, north to Railroad property.
(f) Sidewalk and curbing on west side of Winthrop Street, Depot Village, from Park Street to Cabot Street.
(g) Sidewalk and curbing on east side of Winthrop Street, Depot Village, from Park Street to Cabot Street.
(h) Curbing on right side of Strong Street, Depot Village, running from South Main Street a distance of approximately five hundred (500) feet.
(i) Sidewalks and curbing on both sides of Alden Street, Depot Village, from Cabot and Alden Streets to Winthrop and Alden Streets.
(j) Sidewalk and curbing on Upper Thorndike Street, Depot Village, from property of Thornquist to Massachusetts Turnpike entrance.
(k) Sidewalk on west side of North Main Street, Depot Vil- lage, from Lathrop Street to Diane Street.
(1) Sidewalk and curbing on Chestnut Street, Depot Village, southerly side, entire length.
(m) Sidewalk and curbing on Pleasant Street, Depot Vil- lage, from Church Street to Central Street.
(n) Curbing on west side of Salem Street, Depot Village, from corner of South Main Street, a distance of approximately three hundred (300') feet.
(o) Extend sidewalk on south side of South Main Street, Depot Village, to corner of Salem and South Main Streets, a dis- tance of approximately four hundred fifty (450') feet.
(p) Sidewalk on east side of Shearer Street, Depot Village, from end of present walk northeasterly to Toll Road Bridge.
(q) Curbing on east side of Shearer Street, Depot Village, from end of present walk northeasterly to Toll Road bridge.
(r) Blacktop sidewalk on north side of Park Street, Depot Village, beginning at 16 Park Street, extending west to Thorndike Street.
(s) Rebuild sidewalk (concrete), curbing and tree belt east side of School Street, Depot Village from Park Street north to present terminus of walk.

(t) Repair, regrade and extend existing bituminous walk, west side of Grove Street, Depot Village, from corner of Maple Street northerly to Central Street, including grading, loaming and seeding of tree belt.
(u) Replace present sidewalk with concrete sidewalk, Squier Street, Depot Village from Main Street to Highland Street.
(v) Replace sidewalk full frontage of Quaboag School, North Main Street, Depot Village, plus a retaining wall of one and one half feet to prevent erosion.

(z) Curbing on both sides of Spring Street, Depot Village, from corner of Squier Street, northwesterly to property of Papesh and Collis, for a distance of approximately two hundred (200) feet.
(aa) Sidewalk on Buckland Street, Depot Village, from Spring Street to end of land of Morris, for a distance of approx- imately sixty (60) feet.
(bb) Install curbing where necessary in front of Metro- politan Drive-in Theatre, Village of Thorndike.
(cc) Construct new sidewalk on High Street, Village of Thorndike, from corner of School and High Streets to High and Commercial Streets.
(dd) Sidewalk on southwest side of High Street, Village of Thorndike, from end of present walk to end of property line of Louis Janulewicz, for a distance of approximately five hundred (500) feet.
(ee) Blacktop curbing on south side, bottom of Hill Street, Village of Thorndike.
(ff) Sidewalk and curbing on Church Street, Village of Thorndike, from Center Street to property of Mastalerz.
(gg) Curbing on Pleasant Street, Village of Thorndike, east side from Summer Street to property of Witkowski.
(hh) New sidewalk on Front Street, Village of Three Riv- ers, from Kelley Street, to property of R. Graveline.

Article 57. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Calk- ins Road from the end of the present improved surface of Palmer Road to the Turnpike Bridge and Thorndike Street in the Depot Village from Station 80 to Station 150 a distance of approximately two thousand (2000) feet and raise and appropriate by taxation or otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjunction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Mass- achusetts and the County of Hampden, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 58. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the repair, reconstruction and reno- vation of the Town House at Four Corners, or take any action relative thereto.
And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof in some one public place in each of the four villages of the town, known as the Depot Village, Thorndike, Three Rivers and Bondsville, seven days at least before the hold- ing of said meeting, and by publishing attested copy thereof in at least two issues of the Journal-Register, a newspaper publish- ed in said Palmer, the first publication to be not less than seven days before the holding of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk at or before the holding cf said meeting.
