Report of the Park Commissioners for the Year 1914

The money appropriated by vote of, the Town for the use of the Park Commission has been expended during the year principally in the care of the Parks and small plots of ground which have already been established.

We were able to make a beginning in the work of beau- tifying the Common at North Chelmsford, and feel that the effort was appreciated and trust that the work may be con- tinued.
