WARRANT FOR THE STATE ELECTION.
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.
NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth, in said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid, qualified to vote in elections, to meet at the polling places in their respective precincts, to wit: In precincts One, Three, Five and Six, at the halls of the Fire Engine Houses located in those precincts respectively ; in precinct Two, at the Odd Fellows Opera House; and in precinct Four, at the Hose House at Nash's Corner, on Tuesday, the fourth day of Novem- ber next, at fifteen minutes before six o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to bring in to the Wardens of their respective pre- cincts their votes on one ballot for the following named public officers, to wit :
For Governor of this Commonwealth.
For Lieutenant-Governor of this Commonwealth.
For Secretary of this Commonwealth.
For Treasurer and Receiver-General of this Commonwealth.
For Auditor of this Commonwealth.
For Attorney-General of this Commonwealth.
For Councillor for the Second Councillor District.
For Senator for the First Norfolk Senatorial District.

For Representative in the General Court for the Seventh Nor- folk District
For one County Commissioner for Norfolk County.
For two Associate Commissioners for Norfolk County.
For District Attorney of the Southeastern District.
For Register of Probate and Insolvency for Norfolk County.
And also to vote "Yes " or "No" upon the following ques- tions, viz :
1. Shall the proposed amendment to the constitution, author- izing the referendum, be approved and ratified ? (Chap. 116, Resolves of 1913.)
2. Shall the proposed amendment to the constitution making women eligible to appointment as notaries public, be approved and ratified ? (Chap. 28, Resolves of 1913.)
3. Shall Chapter 807 of the Acts of 1913, being an act to provide for compensating laborers, workmen and mechanics for injuries sustained in public employment, and to exempt from legal liability counties and municipal corporations which pay such compensation, be accepted in this county, water district or fire district ?
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting a copy thereof, attested by you in writing, in each of two public places in each voting precinct in said town, seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town three days at least before the time of said meeting.
Given under our hands at Weymouth this twentieth day of October, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and thirteen.
