Said right of way as shown on easements published in this article and in accordance with a plan on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Dighton Industries, Inc., a corporation duly organ- ized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massa- chusetts, and having its usual place of business in No. Dighton, Bristol County, Massachusetts, for considera- tion paid, grant to the Town of Mattapoisett, for shell- fishing purposes and for the use, benefit and enjoyment of licensees and inhabitants thereof for the purpose of taking shellfish, a right of way over the land of the grantor in said Mattapoisett, extending from the south- westerly line of the grantor's land at a pair of stone posts set in a travelled way known : 3 "Reservation Road" along the said travelled way as it now exists to the southeasterly line of the former railroad right of way;
There is granted also a right of way for the same purposes over land of the grantor bounded and describ- ed as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner thereof at a point formed by the intersection of the

Reservation Golf Club, Inc., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and having its usual place of business in Mattapoisett, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, for consideration paid, grant to the Town of Mattapoisett, for shellfishing purposes and for the use, benefit and enjoyment of licensees and inhabitants thereof for the purpose of taking shellfish, a right of way over the land of the grantor in said Mattapoisett, extending south- easterly from the Fairhaven Road, also known as United States Highway, Route 6, along a travelled way known as "Reservation Road" as the same now exists, to a pair of stone posts set in the said travelled way to land now of Dighton Industries, Inc; there connecting

with a way granted to this grantee by said Dighton Industries, Inc. by a grant of even date to be recorded herewith and thereby reaching the shore of Buzzards Bay for the purposes of taking shellfish.
There is granted also a right of way for the same purposes over land of the grantor bounded and describ- ed as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner thereof at a point formed by the intersection of the boundary line between the grantor and Dighton Indus- tries, Inc. and the northwesterly line of the former railroad location; thence northeasterly 10' in the said northwesterly line of the railroad location; thence southeasterly 100' more or less to the southeasterly line of the former railroad location; thence southwesterly 40' more or less in the said southeasterly line of the railroad location to land now or formerly of Dighton Industries, Inc; and thence northerly 100' more or less in line of last named land and adjacent to a right of way granted this day by Dighton Industries, Inc. to these grantees to the point of beginning.
There is granted also a right of way over land of the grantor for the same purposes, forty (40) feet wide along the southwesterly boundary of the grantor and contiguous to land of Dighton Industries, Inc., extend- ing from the southeasterly line of the former railroad right of way to the shore of Buzzards Bay.

Board of Public Welfare, for three years; One Water Commissioner, for three years; One Assessor, for three years; One Member of the Board of Health, for three years; One Member of the Board of Health, for one year; Trustee for the Public Library, for three years ; Trustee for the Public Library, for one year; Wharf Commissioner, for one year ; Herring Inspector, for one year; Two Constables, for one year; Auditor, for one year; One Member of the School Committee, for three years; Moderator, for one year; One Member of the Planning Board, for five years; One Tree Warden, for one year; One Highway Surveyor, for one year; One Member of the Housing Authority, for five years.
All the above to be voted for on one ballot.
The Polls for Election of Officers will be open at the Town Hall at twelve o'clock noon and shall close at eight P.M.
Both of said days will constitute the Annual Town Meeting.
You are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at the several places designa- ted in the Town By-Laws, seven days at least before the day appointed for said Meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this War- rant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of Meeting aforesaid.
