Driving to Endanger and Driving Under the Influence were taken to Court, all other Motor Violations were reported to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles.
There was 11,990 miles traveled by Cruiser and 1,100 miles traveled by Motorcycle.
Two-way Radio would help the Police Department very much and would cut the Telephone Bill almost 40 percent.
Repairing the Old Town Hall is very important as we will need much more room now that we have such a large Auxiliary Police Force and it will also be of great help to the Fire Department.
I want to thank the Selectmen for their fine cooperation with the Police Department, also the Special and Aux- iliary Police for the fine interest shown, not enough can be said for the fine cooperation of the Telephone Operators in helping the Police Department.
Respectfully submitted,
ROBERT J. MURRAY.
