PLYMOUTH, SS. To any Constable of the town of West Bridgewater, in the County of Plymouth, Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said town, qualified to vote in town affairs, to assemble at the Town Hall, in said town, on Monday, the sixteenth day of March, inst., at one o'clock in the after- noon, then and there to act on the following articles, viz : ___
1. To choose a Moderator for said meeting.
2. To hear the annual Reports, and act thereon.

9. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to distribute aid to families of volunteers in the army, according to the statutes of this Commonwealth, and make appropriation for the same.
10. To see if the Town will authorize the Prudential Committees for the several school districts therein, to contract with teachers therefor.
11. To see if the Town will instruct the Selectmen to cause a gate to be put up or a flagman to be stationed at the railroad crossing known as Keith Station.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant, according to the vote of said Town, seven days, at least, before the time appointed for said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Clerk of said town, at or before the time ap- pointed for the meeting aforesaid.

THE Selectmen of the town of West Bridgewater submit the follow- ing Report, showing the receipts, expenditures, and financial condition of said town for the year ending March 1, 1864.
We have examined the accounts of the Town Treasurer, and find that there has been received into the Treasury the following sums, viz :
