At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of The town of Boxfordi purity of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts qualified by the Constitution to vote for Representatives to the General Court of said Commonwealth holden in the bestry in the second Parish in Sard Boxford 17: Monday the 10th tenth day 1 November AD 1851. being the second Monday in said month for the Purpose of Giving in their votes for Governor Lieut Govents and five senators for the District of Essex, and if the town to determine, to elect a Representative to represent said town in the next General Court of Luvid Commonwealth.
