Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of fifty (50) dollars, for the up-keep of Regan Park and Harold Rogers Park, or do anything in relation thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of two hundred ($200) dollars or any other amount, and elect a director, the money to be expended by said director, who shall serve in cooperation with the County Agricultural Trustees of the Middlesex County Bureau of Agriculture and Home Economics under the provisions of Section 40 to 45, Chapter 128, General Laws of Massa- chusetts.


Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one thousand ($1,000.) dollars for Public Health Work, or do anything in relation thereto.


Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of four hundred ($400.) dollars to paint, decorate and repair the interior of the Town Hall, or do any- thing in relation thereto.


Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one hundred twenty-five ($125.) dollars for the purchase of an Accounting Machine for the use of the Town Officers, or do anything in relation thereto.


Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 2, Section 5, of the Town By-Laws, relating to the Trustees of Trust Funds, or do anything in relation thereto ..

Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 3 of the Building Laws by adding the following at the end thereof: "on the payment of a fee of one dollar for new construction, and fifty cents for alterations."

To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 94, Section 120, General Laws, which is as follows :- "In towns having less than ten thousand inhabitants, which accept this section, or, have accepted corresponding provisions of earlier laws at any Annual Town Meeting, the annual license fee for carrying on the business of slaughtering meat cattle, sheep or swine; shall be such sum not exceeding one hundred ($100) dollars as the Selectmen fix."


Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one hundred fifty ($150) dollars, as its proportionate share, toward the erection of a Fire Tower in the Town of Andover, or do anything in relation thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of three thousand ($3000) dollars to continue the work of providing a water supply for the schools, as much of this sum to be expended as may be found necessary by the special committee appointed for this purpose, or any- thing in relation thereto.

To Walter A. Hill, Constable of the Town of Wilmington,


Greeting:


In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the manner prescribed in the By-Laws of said Towns, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town qualified by law to vote in Town affairs, to meet and assemble at the Town Hall on Monday, the third day of March next, at 5.45 o'clock in the forenoon, the polls to be opened at 6 a.m. and may be closed at 4 p.m., for the election of Town Officers.


Article 1. To bring in your votes on one ballot for three Selectmen, who shall also be Overseers of the Poor and Board of Survey: one Assessor for three years; Town Clerk; Treasurer; Collector of Taxes; three Fence Viewers; two School Committee Members for three years; One School Committee Member for two years; one School Committee Member for one year; two Trustees of the Public Library for three years; One Trustee Public Library for one year; one member of the S. D. J. Carter Lecture Committee for five years; one Tree Warden; one Moderator; one Trustee of Trust Funds for three years; also to vote on the following question, to wit: "Shall Licenses be granted for the sale of certain non-intoxicating beverages in this Town?" Yes or No.


You are also hereby further required and directed to notify and warn the said inhabitants of the Town of Wilmington, who are qualified to vote in elections and Town affairs therein,

to assemble subsequently, and meet in Town Meeting at the Grange Hall, Wildwood Street, in said Wilmington, on Monday, the tenth (10) day of March next, A.D. 1924, at eight (8) o'clock p.m., then and thereto act on the following articles:

Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to set aside that portion of the Town Farm south of the Boston & Maine Railroad, Southern Division, and west of Main street to be used for Town Forest purposes under Chapter 45, Sections 19-24, both inclusive, of the General Laws of the Common- wealth.


Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting.


Given under our hands and seal of said Town this fifteenth day of February, A.D. one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
