ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for the observance of Memorial Day and that the Moderator appoint a Committee who shall arrange and have charge of such observance, or do anything in re - ation thereto.

Request of the Junior - enior High School Building Committee.


ARTICLE 11. To receive the report of the Committee on additional chool accommodations and to see what action the Town will take ith reference thereto and what sum, if any, it will appropriate to arry out the recommendations of said Committee. Request of chool Accommodation Committee.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money in addition to the amounts previously appropriated for the purpose of completing the construction and originally equip- ing and furnishing of the grade school building now being built on Wildwood Street, and determine how the appropriation shall be rais whether by taxation, borrowing, transfer from available funds, or otherwise, or do anything in relation thereto. Request of the Eleme tary School Building Committee.


ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the taking of the State Census as of January 1, 1955, such sums as appropriated to be spent under the direction of the Board of Selectmen, or do anything in relation thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750. 00) under the authority of Section 9, Chapter 40, of the General Laws as amended . for the purpose of providing suitable quarters for the William F. Tattersall Chapter #106, Disabled American Veterans, located at Wilmington, Mass., or do anything in relation thereto. On petition of James P. Kelly and others.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750. 00) for the purpose of renewing under Authority of Section 9 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws as amended, the lease of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Club - house on Main Street in Wilmington for the purpose of providing suitable headquarters for the Nee-Ellsworth Post 2458 of the Vetera of Foreign Wars of the United States, or do anything in relation ther to. Submitted by Thomas Lafionatis, Commander.


ARTICLE 16. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750. 00) for the purpose of renewing under the authority of Section 9 of Chapter 40 of the Gener Laws as amended, the lease of the American Legion Clubhouse, Inc in Wilmington for the purpose of providing suitable headquarters for the Wilmington Post #136 of the American Legion or do anything in relation thereto. On request of Joseph H. Woods, President, American Legion Clubhouse, Inc. Post #136.


ARTICLE 17. To see if the Town will instruct the Moderator to appoint a committee to determine the necessity of a sub Fire Statior in the Silver Lake district; also to investigate possible sites for said sub Fire Station; also to determine the expense of equipping and

and maintaining said sub Fire Station; this committee to report their findings at the next annual town meeting, or do anything in relation thereto. On petition of William S. Wendell and others.


ARTICLE 18. To see if the Town will direct the Selectmen to pre - pare a division of the town into convenient voting precincts in accord - ance with the provision of Section 6 of Chapter 54 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed. ) as amended, or do anything in relation thereto. On petition of Joseph L. Berrett and others.


ARTICLE 19. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the payment of employees group life insurance in accordance with Section 5 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as recently amended by Chapter 239 of the Acts of 1952.

On request of the Board of Health.


ARTICLE 25. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00), the money to be expende under the direction of the 4-H Town Committee, serving in co-opera tion with the Middlesex County Extension Service, under the pro- visions of Sections 40 to 45, Chapter 128, General Laws of Mass - achusetts or do anything in relation thereto. Request of Wilmington 4-H Town Committee.


ARTICLE 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or borrow or transfer from available funds in the Treasury a sum o money for the purchase of land for a new well field, pumps and re- lated equipment and for the erection of a suitable building to house said equipment or do anything in relation thereto. Request of the Water Commissioners.


ARTICLE 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000. 00) for the purchase of water meters, or do anything in relation thereto. Request of the Water Commissioners.


ARTICLE 28. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) for hydrant rental, or do anything in relation thereto. Request of the Water Commiss - ioners.


ARTICLE 29. To see if the Town will vote to add to the present water-shed approximately fifty (50) acres of land near or adjacent to Martin's Pond, upon which the right of redemption has been fore- closed and is now included in other land acquired by the Town or do anything in relation thereto. Request of the Water Commissioners.


ARTICLE 30. To see if the Town will vote to raise by taxation, or transfer from available funds, and appropriate the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000. 00) for the purpose of extending or in- stalling public water mains in the following streets: Main Street

To see if the Town will vote to accept the following treets as laid out by the Board of Selectmen and approved by the lanning Board: Warren Road, Wightman Road, Silver Lake Avenue, Phillips Avenue, Powder House Circle, Virginia Road, Rollins oad (Park Road), Cottage Street, Dobson Street, Board Street, orth Street, Suncrest Avenue, Pinewood Road and Norfolk Avenue nd raise by taxation, or transfer from available funds, and appro - riate the sum of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($14, 800) or the purpose of putting said streets into passable condition, or do nything in relation thereto.
