The location of the EQUI- TABLE and CALVERT BUILDINGS. facing on Cal- vert, Fayette and St. Paul streets and "plaza," is the best in the City, be- ing opposite the COURT HOUSE, mak- ing both es- pecially con venient for Lawyers, near the City POSTOF- FICE and one square from the CITY HALL

SAFETY AIR CUSHIONS.

All-elevators, in addition to being pro- vided with every known SAFETY AP- PLIANCE, are equipped with IMI- PROVED AIR CUSHIONS. Only large Office Buildings in the City with Air Cushion Equipment.

WATER CURTAINS.

WATER CURTAINS and STANDPIPES connected with the Company's SPE- CIAL FIRE PUMPS afford full protec- tion against fire.

HEATING.

The heating system of the buildings Is of the VACUUM type, which allows for regulation of the temperature of the offices and halls.

WATCHMEN.

Watchmen patrol each building during the entire night, and the faithful per formance of their trust is recorded by watchmen's electric time detector, cox- nected with signal locks in every other room of each building and all balls.

CLEANING.

The cleaning of both buildings is done at night by the VACUUM SYSTEM- removing all dust direct from the of- fices.

BUILDINGS.

The EQUITABLE is nine stories high, exclusive of basement, and connects with the CALVERT by means of a cov ered bridge on the seventh floor. The CALVERT is twelve stories high. exclusive of basement. Both buildings of absolute fireproof construction.

CALVERT BUILDING.

ELEVATORS.

Of Improved hydraulic type, run DAY and NIGHT every day in the year. Electric light signal device. Each building has a freight elevator. thus pre- venting annoyance to tenants resulting from carrying packages and boxes on same cars used by passengers. The elevators in each building are in charge of a DISPATCHER, whose duty is to regulate the starting of each car and take general supervision of this department alone
