THE CIRCUIT COURTS OF MARY- LAND.


TERMS OF COURT-The Judges of the Circuit Courts have the power to change the days for the commencement of the terms of Courts, etc, under the following provisions of the Constitution: Art 4 Section 24:


"The Judges shall hold not less than two terms of the Circuit Court in each of the counties composing their respective circuits, at such times as are now or may hereafter be prescribed, to which jurors shall be summoned. Said Judges may alter or fix the times for holding any or all terms until otherwise prescribed, and shall adopt rules to the end that all busi- ness not requiring the interposition of a jury shall be, as far as practicable, dia- posed of at said intermediate terms."
