Halkerstone, Robert and others. Passed Nov. session, 1811 (Jan. 6, 1812)-No. 36. Treas. Western Shore be, and is hereby requested to pay unto Robert Halkerstone (see res. Dec. 1817), of Charles county, Edward Tillard of Montgomery county, John McCoy, John S[prigg] Belt, Gassaway Watkins, Cornelius H. Mills and John J. Jacob, and each and every one of them, or their order, the sum of $125.00, annually, during
