" dau. Ellinor and unborn child jointly, 50 A. on n. side Brittan's Bay, bought of Wm. Howard, and all personalty. In event of death of both child. afsd, their estate to pass to testator's 3 brothers (unnamed).

By deposition of John Gerard, one of the testes, it appears that he drew the will afsd, and believed it to have been the intent of testator that unborn child should inherit the entire estate and only in event of death of unborn child were bequests to remain in effect. 6. 101.
