" 3 child. (unnamed), or to the survivors of them and their hrs., residue of estate; a tract called "Tuscaroro Plains" only excepted.


Testator states that her last husband Nathaniel Chew stood bound, jointly with Richard Blake and Thomas Howell, unto Capt. John Hyde, mcht. of London, in a certain sum of money, for £100 whereof sd. Hyde had consented to take "Tuscaroro Plains" in full satisfaction. Testator, therefore (on condition that her sisters Susannah and Ann so convey their pts. of sd. tract that her husband's estate is not chargeable with either of the said Richard Blake or Thomas Howell's pt. of the sd. £100), bequeaths to sd. John Hyde and hrs. her pt. of sd. tract; shd. sisters refuse and sd. £100 be charged against estate of sd. husband, sd. tract to pass to 3 child. - and their hrs.
