II. Smith having been appointed judge of the Sixth Judicial District, resigns as county attorney, and J. A. Whitmore appointed; January 17, 1890, the following Soldiers' Relief Committee appointed: F. C. Putnam. three years; L. W. Hastings, two years; Delevan Bates, one year.
