TOWN WARRANT
THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
To the inhabitants of the Town of Dublin qualified to vote in Town Affairs:
You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall in said Town on Tuesday, March 10th, 1953 at nine o'clock in the forenoon (polls will be open from 9 a. m. until 5 p. m.) to act upon the following subjects:
1. To bring in your ballots for Town Clerk, Town Treasurer, Selectman, Road Agent, Tax Collector, Water Commissioners, Library Trustee, Trustees of Trust Funds, and member of Cemetery Committee.
2. To choose all necessary Town Officers, Agents, Au- ditors, and Committees for the ensuing year.
3. To hear reports of Agents, Officers, Auditors, and Committees for the ensuing year.
4. To raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year and for any other purposes mentioned in the Budget.
5. To see if the Town will instruct the Selectmen to apply for Town Road Aid.
6. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate any necessary sums of money to defray the town's share of the cost of FICA as adopted in Article Six last year or take any action relating thereto.
7. To see if the Town will vote to petition the State Tax Commission to have an audit made by the Division of Municipal Accounting, and to make an appropriation to cover the expense of such audit, or take any action relating to this matter.

8. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate the sum of $1,500, or any part thereof, to enlarge the burial ground of the Cemetery or take any action relating there- to.
9. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate the sum of $500, or any part thereof, for work on Real Estate records or take any action relating thereto.
10. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate the sum of $1,500, or any part thereof, for the elimination of bad curves on the Schoepf Road, the Burpee Road, and the Allis Road or take any action relating thereto.
11. To see if the Town will sell any part of the so- called Playground Land to Millard and Dorothy Worcester and if so at what price and on what terms or take any ac- tion relating thereto.
12. To see if the Town will authorize the Fire De- partment to construct any new fire holes, and to make an appropriation to cover same, or take any action relating thereto.
13. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to administer and dispose of any Real Estate acquired by Tax Collector's deed.
14. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to borrow money in anticipation of taxes.

Article 1. Officers elected: Town Clerk, Charles R. Thomas; Selectman for three years, Charles R. Thomas; Town Treasurer, Glen H. Scribner; Tax Collector, Belle F. Gowing; Trustee of Trust Funds for three years, Arne H. Olsen; Library Trustee for three years, Philip Mclellan; Water Commissioner for three years, Elliott S. Allison.
Article 2. Committees: Measurers of wood and bark, John A. Grau, Arthur A. Worcester, Oscar Sewall, C. Mitchell Wennigmann; Memorial Day Committee. Rich- ard E. Latti, Robb Sagendorph, Ralph B. Worcester.
Article 3 3. Reports accepted and adopted as printed.
Article 4. Budget passed as printed.
Article 5. Town road aid adopted.
Article 6. Social security benefits adopted and sum of $450.00 raised for same.
Article 7. Town Treasurer designated to admin- ister plan as adopted in Art. 6.
Article 8. Moved to have state audit town accounts.
Article 9. Motion passed to have the selectmen ap- point a cemetery committee of three, one for one year, one for two years and one for three years and hereafter one to be elected on non-partisan ballot each year for three year term.
Article 10. Motion passed that granting of free cem- etery lots be rescinded and lots be sold on prices set by cemetery committee and that a deed be issued for each lot sold, also anyone holding a lot could be issued a deed for a reasonable sum.

Article 11. Motion passed that $1,000.00 be raised to enlarge the cemetery.
Article 12. Motion passed to raise $500.00 to clear out Mountain Brook below Charcoal road.
Article 13. Motion passed that $400.00 be raised for work on real estate records.
Article 14. Motion passed to install culvert on old common road, $500.00 raised.
Article 15. Motion passed to raise $300.00 to elimi- nate curve on Old Harrisville road.
Article 16. Motion passed to allow Selectmen to ad- minister tax collector's deeds.
Article 17. Motion passed to allow selectmen to bor- row money in anticipation of taxes.
Business meeting adjourned at 2:25 p.m., polls were closed at 5 p.m.
