All of these three hundred forty-two men are eligible for member- ship in this Post. Many of them have probably never had that privi- lege offered to them; some few have declined to join, for one good reason or another; a small number of others have been elected, but have never qualified as members in good standing by paying their dues. About forty of them have been members, but, having allowed their dues to lapse, are no longer members.
