The National Conference of Charities and Correction (1874) is composed of the State Boards of Public Charities of the several States wherein they exist, of delegates ap- pointed by the Governors of other States, of all Charity Organization Societies and Associated Charities in the country, and of all persons officially or unofficially con- nected with charitable or correctional work of every de- scription, in every part of the Union; and every charitable institution and association that desires to be represented at its meetings and take part in its deliberations. It has no formal constitution and no fees or dues. It meets annu- ally in different cities as its presence is invited. Its session for 1892 will be held at Denver, Col., June 27th to July 3d, and its officers for that Conference are as follows :
