Publisher's Announcement
W rith this issue we present our fifth edition of the Alliance City Directory.
The first sixteen pages contain useful miscellaneous information. On pages 1 and 2 are the ward and precinct boundaries; pages 3 to 5 municipal officers and boards. The fire alarm boxes appear on page 5. Beginning with page 6 is a list of the churches, hours of services and their trustees. Beginning on page 8 is a list of all the lodges of the city, with their times and places of meeting; page 10 incorporated companies; page 12 public school information and pages 14 to 16 useful postal information.
The alphabetical list of names following the street directory includes the names of both men and women 15 years of age and over.
Some street numbers do not correspond with those in the ciy engineers office, but to avoid complications we have taken the num- bers appearing upon the houses at the time of enumeration.
To our patrons and friends we extend our sincere appreciation for their assistance and encouragement.
The next edition of the directory will be published in 1908.
Respectfully,
THE R. M. SCRANTON PRINTING CO.
