MEMBERSHIP .- Persons of both sexes, of sound mind and in good health, may be- come members in one or both Divisions of this Association, upon the payment of $10.00 for Membership Fee for each Certificate. The amount of Certificates to be apportion- ed according to age, as follows ;

15 to 30 years inclusive-$5,000-payable at death or at the expiration of 25 years 31 to 42 years inclusive-$4,000-payable at death or at the expiration of 20 years. 43 to 54 years inclusive-$3,000-payable at death or at the expiration of 15 years. 55 to 65 years inclusive-$2,000-payable at death or at the expiration of 10 years.
