The Providence Post-Office is a Postal Savings De- pository. Deposits with the United States Government are absolutely safe. Withdrawals may be made at any time. Any person ten years old or over may open an account. Any number of dollars may be deposited, and at any time. until the balance to the credit of a depositor amounts to $2.500. Interest at the rate of 2 per cent a year is allowed
