We have examined the accounts of the town officers of the Town of Underhill for the year ending January 29, 1915, and find them correct.

WARNING.
The legal voters of the town of Underhill are hereby noti- fied and warned to meet at the Town House in said Underhill on Tuesday, March 2, 1915, at 10 o'clock, A. M., to transact the following business :-
1st. To act on reports of the several Town Officers.
2nd. To elect necessary officers for the ensuing year, and fix the compensation of School Directors.
3rd. To see if the town will vote to divide the highway and elect two Road Commissioners.
4th. To see if the town will vote to adopt the law passed by the legislature of 1880 relative to the collection of taxes.
5th. To see if the town will vote an appropriation for Me- morial Day, and how much.
6th. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum of money in addition to the amount now required by law to take advantage of the State Aid law; and if so, how much.
7th. To see what percent the town will vote to raise in money on the Grand List to pay indebtedness and current ex- penses of the town.
8th. To see if the town will authorize the Selectmen to borrow the U. S. Deposit Fund and also to borrow other money on the credit of the town for town purposes.
9th. Shall license be granted for the sale of intoxicating liquor in this town?
10th. To see if the town will appropriate a sum of money (about $23.00) to pay its share of the expense incurred in the employment of a government county agricultural adviser.
11th. To do any other lawful business when met.
