WARNING FOR TOWN MEETING.
The legal voters of the Town of Ludlow, Vermont, are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Town Hall, in said Ludlow at ten o'clock in the forenoon on Tuesday, the first day of March, A. D. 1932, to act on the following articles:
1. To elect a Moderator and Clerk for the ensuing year.
2. To act on the Reports of the Town Officers for the year ending December 31, 1931.
3. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to appoint one or two Road Commissioners. (See Section 3925 of the General Laws.)
4. To choose all the officers required by law to be chosen at the Annual March Meeting and fix their compensation.
5. To see if the Town will vote to pay the taxes to the Town Treasurer.
6. To see if the Town will vote an appropriation for Howard Post G. A. R. for Memorial Day, and if so, how much.
7. To see if the Town will vote to avail themselves of the special provisions for the collection of poll taxes. (See Sections 867- 877 of the General Laws.)
8. To see if the Town will vote to accept gifts, grants or be- quests of money, the income of which is to be used for the care and improvement of Cemeteries or private lots therein.
9. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to help de- fray the expenses of the Public Health Nursing Service.
10. To see if the Town will vote a sum of money to take ad- vantage of State Aid on Highways, and if so, how much.
11. To see how much money the Town will vote to raise, as a tax, to pay the necessary expenses of the Town and any part of its indebtedness.
12. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to borrow money to pay the necessary expenses of the Town and any part of its indebtedness.
13. To see if the Town will vote to take advantage of Section 691 of the General Laws and exempt dwelling houses erected dur- ing the year and appraised by the listers at not more than $5000. and not less than $1200., from taxation for a period of five years.
14. To see if the Town will vote to give the schools the free use of the Town Hall for basketball games and practice when the hall is not rented.
15. To transact any other business necessary and proper when met.
