THE JOURNAL is the only paper in the East part of Franklin County having a Cylinder Press, and it has a larger circulation than any paper in Richford, Its circulation is steadily increasing, and it goes far and near. Situated on the border as it is, it gives Canadian news as well as local items from a portion of Orleans County, Vt., in which it circulates largely.


Its Religious Department is excellent, while the Temperance Column is not in the least behind.
