What You Receive

• Information about your parents, grandparents great grandparents, and sometimes beyond depending on the availability of records
• Access to an online family tree that you can easily share with others
• Documents that give information about the lives of your ancestors such as census records, birth records, marriage records, death records, obituaries, etc. (Documents vary based on your ancestors and where they lived.)
• A PDF file that can be printed as a family tree books can also be created. See a sample of a family tree book I have created

My name is Jeniann Nielsen. I am a professional genealogist with 17 years of experience and have helped thousands of people to build their family trees.

I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. I also have earned the PLCGS credential with distinction from the International Institute of Genealogical Studies.

How My Family Tree Making Service Works

My family tree making service follows these steps:

1. You give me all of the information you know about your parents and grandparents, either through a 15-minute online Zoom meeting or a phone call.
2. I send you a research agreement through email which you digitally sign.
3. Using the information you know already, I begin making your family tree online.
4. Once your tree has been completed, I give you access to your online tree with all of the information and sources I located for you to access and view forever.
5. If you want a printed book, I send that as a PDF file.
6. You pay me after receiving your family tree.
