Destroy all Postage Rate Schedules concern- ing (Domestic Parcel Post and observe these rates only.

1. Parcels must be brought to the post office or station. Don't drop in street boxes.

2. Complete return address of the sender pre- ceeded by the word "FROM," must be on every parcel. Unmailable otherwise.

3. Complete address of addressee (street and number) should appear on each parcel. It facil- itates delivery.

4. Wrap parcels so they can be easily examined. Parcels containing two classes of matter are subject to the highest rates of postage; also to the 4 pound weight limit. Sealed packages are subject to letter rates.

5. Parcels oentaining fragile matter must be plainly endorsed on the wrapper "FRAGILE" in bold letters. This is important.

6. Parcels

containing perishable matter can

only be sent to offices in the first and second zones, and must be endorsed on the wrapper in bold letters "PERISHABLE." This is important. 7. Insure valuable parcels.

Fee, 5 cents for parcels value not exceeding $25.00. Fee, 10 cents for parcels value $25.00 or more and not exceed $50.00.

8. C. O. D. parcels accepted where collection does not exceed $100.00. Fee, 10 cents. C. O. D. parcels accepted only when addressed to money order offices.
