There are but few restaurants in Chinatown that serve Noon Tea and one should find out where they are. These lunches start about 10:30 a.m. and last through until about 3 in the afternoon. They are a close counterpart of the tea houses all through China and Formosa.
Dim Sun foods are both salty and sweet containing as many as twenty varieties, among which are steamed biscuits with special meat filling; also vegetables containing minced sea food. The fillings contain half dozen or more condiments.

By means of TEX Teletypewriter Service, you can engage in two-way written, overseas communi- cation directly with your associate abroad. At the end of the call, each correspondent has a printed confirmation copy of the entire ex- change.
