Couch dec . gave considerable land to my eldest son which after nis aeath must have been sold to pay his aebts a great part of them if I had not saved the lands by paying his aents and so in a sense bought so much of the lands in consideration whereof my will is that my son - Thos. Couch shall nave £30 valued as pay in my lands more than nis brother Simon Couch ne allowing the lanas given to nim by my brother Thos. to be accounted as mine & to be part of his legacy otherwise my will is that said son Thos. shall have only £30 - valued as above in my lanas.
