OMAHA NEB.

Dr. S. MOSHER,

PHYSIO-MEDICAL

PHYSICIAN,

Deeply sympathising with suffering humanity, and fully convinced by years of suc- cessful experience, that he is able to cure a multitude of cases of all forms of disease, both acute and chronic, after allhope of relief has fled from the patient and his friends, he feels it his duty to make known to those afflicted that he will prescribe and furnish medicine for patients at his office, and will visit in the city or country those cases which require personal examination. He would always prefer to see the patient at least once, yet, it often occurs, in cases where this is not convenient, a carefully written descrip- tion of the origin and history of a case and its treatment, closing with a statement of its present condition, by a friend who is acquainted with them, or by the patient, enables him to judge very accurately of its curability, and to preseribe the proper remedies.

The patient should describe case as fully and accurately as they can, and the Doc- tor will return at once a letter giving his judgment of the curability of the case, and stating his terms for medicines and directions. In this way he is often enabled to cure patients of afflictions from which they had given up all hope of delivery except it the grave. The Doctor treats with success all affections of the Liver, Throat and Lungs, Catarrh, Piles, Fistula, Epilepsy, Dyspepsia, Sore Eyes, Deafness, Heart Disease, Neu- ralgia, Rheumatism, Scrofula, Diabetes, Dropsy, Sores, Ulcers, Skin Diseases, such as Syphillis, Debility, Loss of Power, impediments to Marriage, Lassitude, Depression of Spirits, Loss of Energy and appetite, Pain in the Back and Limbs, Timidity and Inde- cision, Pain in the head, Dizziness, Impaired Sight and Memory, Bodily Prostration and Wretchedness, caused by Spermatorrhœa or Self-abuse. Dr. Mosher treats all diseases without Mercury (Calomel) or any poisons that create diseases of themselves. Consul- tation, personally or by letter, free and strictly confidental. Office and Residence: Corner Fourth and Jackson Streets, opp. High School Building. ADDRESS P. O. BOX 106. DR. S. MOSHER, Sioux City, Iowa.
