ANNOUNCEMENT.
T O BE in line with existing circumstances we have had re- gard for the community of interests manifest throughout the "Twin Cities" and compiled the names of their citizens in a common list. We have added also names of wives, a distinguish- ing mark for the householder, alphabetically arranged Christian names and a Rural Route Directory. The rapid growth of the community has added twenty per cent to the number of names in the previous publication. Thus by the usual method we com- pute the population of Champaign at 11,000, that of Urbana at 7,000. We trust that our efforts to compile an accurate Directory will meet with favor and that we may be fortunate enough to break the record for this field by re-appearing two years hence.
