REPORT OF THE PLAYGROUND COMMISSION FOR THE YEAR 1952

To the Citizens and Selectmen of the Town of Merrimac :

We, the Playground Commission, submit the follow- ing report for the year 1952.

During the past year the playing field and bleachers have been kept in good condition for the school children and Townspeople alike. The new backstop was installed to help protect adjoining property from being damaged by foul balls. We plan to keep this playground in good condition during the coming year and will co-operate with the new school in keeping the adjoining fields in good condition also.

We trust that the people of the Town will be pleased and proud of the playground in 1953.
