you are, directed to notify and warm the Inhabitants of the Town of Westborough, qualified to vote in elections and town affairs, to meet in the Town Hall is Westborough, on tuesday the Sixth day of Hlou. Gruber next, at 6,30 oclock in the forencon, then and there to act on the following article;

In pursuour with the foregoing Warrant the Inhabitants of the town of Westborough qualified to vote in elections and lown affairs met in the Town Hall and were. called to order at 6:30 oclock in the forewoon by John L. Brighana, Chairman of the Board of selectmen who proceeded to read the Warrant

You are hereby notified that you are duty authorized by role of the Board of Selection of the Town of Westborough, Massachusetts to erect and maintain poles and wires, to be placed thereon together with such supporting and droughtening fritures and wice as said Company may deem requisite in the following named streets and highways of said toun All construction under this permit shall be in accordance with the following specifications Poles shall be of a length, size and material and the wires thereon shall be at a height and placed in a manner satisfactiong to the Board of Selectinen.
