In pursuance with the foregoing warrant the Inhabitants of the town of Thesthorough qualified to vote in elections and town affairs met in Town Hall and at 6:30 o'clock Am. were called to order by the Town Clerk, who proceeded to read the Marrant and under

Voted That for the purpose of procuring a. temporary loan to and for the use of the town of Westborough, mass in anticipation of the taxes of the present municipal year, the town treasurer Is hereby authorized and directed to borrow from time to time with the approval of a majority of the board of selectmen a sum on sume not exceeding in the aggregate thirty thousand (30,000) dollars, and to execute and deliver the note on notes of the town therefor, payable within one year from the time the loan is made. Any debt or debts incurred by a loan on loans to the town under this vote shall be paid from the said taxe of the present municipal year.
