TOWN WARRANT.
Article 1. To hear the report of the finance committee and act on same.
Article 2. To act on the report of the town of- ficers.
Article 3. To see if the town will appropriate a sum of money for the Public Library, including the dog fund.
Article 4. To fix the compensation for the col- lector and the treasurer for the ensuing year.

To choose all necessary town offi- cers, one selectman and overseer of the poor for three years, one assessor for three years, one school committee member for three years, one trustee of the library for three years, one burial ground com- missioner for three years, town treasurer for one year, collector of taxes for one year, auditor for one year, three fish wardens for one year, tree warden for one year, moderator for one year, seven con- stables for one year, three oyster wardens for one year, and also to bring in your ballots on the ques- tion: "Shall licenses be granted for the sale of cer- tain non-intoxicating beverages in this town?" The form of answer to be "Yes" or "No".
Article 6. To raise and appropriate $2,100.00 for Chapter 81 maintainance.
Article 7. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to be used in the improvement of Chapter 90 Streets; said money to be used in conjunction with any which may be al- lotted by the State or County, or both, for this pur- pose ; or to take any other act in relation thereto.

X Article 8. To raise and appropriate a sum of money for schools, including supplies, high school tuition, salary of superintendent, teachers, janitors, transportation of children and repairs on buildings.
Article 9. To raise and appropriate a sum of money for the salaries of town officers, incidentals, interest, fire department, public welfare, old age as- sistance, soldiers relief, and mothers aid.
Article 10. To choose a memorial committee and appropriate a sum of money for same.
Article 11. To raise and appropriate a sum of money to be expended in the suppressing of the gypsy and brown-tail moths, including private work.
Article 12. To raise and appropriate a sum of money to be used in the cemetery and for care of the graves of soldiers and sailors.
Article 13. To raise and appropriate the sum of $615.84 for the Bristol County Tuberculosis Hos- pital maintainance and repair.
Article 14. To see if the town will raise the following sum of $2,000.00 for the School House Note, plus $500.00 for E. R. A. Note.
Article 15. To raise and appropriate the amount of the State and County taxes.
Article 16. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $25.00 for the pur- pose of maintaining, during the ensuing year, the mosquito control work as estimated and certified to by the State Reclamation Board in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 112, Acts of 1931.

Article 17. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,010.35 for snow removal in the year 1935.
Article 18. To elect a finance committee.
Article 19. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of $730.53, for the overdrafts of 1935.
Article 20. To see if the town will appropri- ate the sum of $1,500.00 for further repairs on the Berkley & Dighton Bridge as per specifications from the State Dept. of Public Works.
Article 21. To see if the town will vote to au- thorize the selectmen to sell, after first giving notice of the time and place of sale by posting such notice of sale in some convenient and public place in the town fourteen days at least before the sale, prop- erty taken by the town under tax title procedure provided that the selectmen or whosoever they may authorize to hold such public auction may reject any bid which they deem inadequate, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 22. To see if the town will appropriate the sum of fifty dollars to be paid as counsel fees for services rendered to the School Committee of Berkley in 1935.
Article 23. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to be used in con- junction with funds received from the Federal Gov- ernment, for the purpose of constructing two addi- tional rooms to the Berkley Grammar School, and determine how the said appropriation shall be raised, by borrowing or otherwise, or take any action rela- tive thereto.
