Article 5. The use of the library and reading room shall be free to all residents of the town, of suitable age; but any person may be temporarily forbidden such use, for carelessness or misconduct
Article 6. Any person temporarily living in town may usc the library on the same conditions as residents, provided that be- fore taking books he shall furnish a satisfactory guaranty, Of deposit with the librarian the sum of three dollars
Article 7. The library shall be opened-Reading room Sun- days, 2.30 to 5.30 p.m .; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fri- days, 10 to 12 a.m., 1 to 6, and 7 to 9 p.m .; Book room, 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays, 10 to 12 a. m., 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays, 10 to 12 a.m., 1 to 9 pm .; Book room, 1 to 9 p. m.
