It is orderd That A rate shall bee forthwith made for the payment for, & towards the finishing of the meeting house, to be Assessed at threepence farthing ye Acre uppon all house Lotts taken upp or to bee taken up within this Towne, & shall bee paid by ye proprietors thereof
