TEXT February 2 20 1778 The Selection of the Town of Concord met are afforated a meeting of the Vitable Inhabitants of Said Tran of Concord on Monday the second Day of March 1778 of the Town house in Sand Town at one o Clock in the afternoon to Consider and act on the following articles ing_ First to Chuse a Moderator to Govern Said meeting Secondly To Chuse the Necessary Town officers and Committee of Correspondance for the year ensing Thirdly To see what Wethod the Tour will take to maintain their Highway and Bridges the year ensuing, if voted to follow the former plan as in years past in that case to Instruct the Selection to Persue the Same, In act other ways as The Town Shall Think proper Fourthly To See if the Town will give the twenty Pounds Bounty to are the man who hath Inlisted in the Continental Service for this Town, as well those who Inlisted before the role of the Town in March Last as those who Inlisted after Said vote Fifthly To See if the Town will Permit Whs.
