Aaron, Chamberlin, and Fimoth Clark be the Comtter for that purpose Conter Reporter as follows This being a time when by reason of Several acts of Parlement rot only this Province but all the English Colonics on this contenent are thrown into the utmost confation and perplexety; The Stamp act as we apprehend will not only Lay an Unconstitutional but an Unfup - portable fax upon us; and Deprive us as we humbly conceive of our Rights and privileges that we are Intitualed to as being free born Sub- Sects of Great Brittan by vertue of the Royal Charter, and will also Strip us of one of our most valuable priviledges for it admits of our long. tryed by a Court of admiralty without the privile of a Jury in Such contreverlies as aviles from Internal concerns.
