WARD 1. All that portion of the city north of Merri- mack river and west of a line drawn from said river through the center of Main street to White street, thence through the center of White street, crossing Winter to Emerson street, thence through the center of Emerson street, crossing Merrimack street to Merrimack river, shall be one ward, and known as Ward One.
WARD 2. All that portion of the city east of said Main street line, extending to Kenoza avenue, through the cen- ter of Kenoza avenne to Kent street, thence running sontherly through the center of Kent street to Water street, thence through the center of Water street to Fer- ry landing, shall be one ward, and known as Ward Two.
WARD 3.
