Worcester. Said space containing three hundred superficial square feet and being the same lot conveyed to said Daniel Cushing by the Proprietors of said Cemetery by deed dated July 20, 1842. Second, - One lot of land in said Cemetery situated on the way called Path no. 63 and on the easterly side thereof and adjoining lot 1078 on the plan of said cemetery drawn by Butterfield and Clark. Containing eighty- seven and one-half superficial square feet and being the same lot conveyed to said Daniel Cushing by said Proprietors by deed dated December 12, 1873!


To have and to hold the afore granted premises unto the said grantee and his heirs and assigns forever; subject, however, to the conditions and limitations and with all the privileges con- tained in the original deeds from the proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery .
