Stowell and Louise Reed Stowell, his wife, both of Lowell in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid by the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery, a corporation duly established by law and located at said Lowell, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain, sell and convey, to the said Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery and its successors and assigns,


One lot of land in the Lowell Cemetery in said Lowell, situated on the way called Smith Avenue and bounded: Northeasterly by a straight line parallel with and distant twenty-six feet and four and one-half inches westerly from the southwesterly line of Hoyt Avenue, twenty- five feet; northwesterly in part by the southeasterly line of the family burial lot of Donald M. Cameron and, in partby the lot of owner unknown, by estimation thirty-five feet and ten and one-half inches; southwesterly by the northeasterly line of said Smith Avenue about twenty-seven feet; southeasterly by the northwesterly line of the family burial lot of the late Albert D. The southeasterly boundary line of the lot hereby granted, constitutes the northwesterly boundary line of a strip of land three feet wide which may be used as a path, in common with the owner or owners of the lot next southerly of and adjoining said strip and the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery, extending from Hoyt Avenue to Smith Avenue .
