The Treasurer shall keep all funds except the poor fund - which shall be kept and disbursed by the Deacons, as they deem proper; give a general statement of the church's financial condition, and a full account of all receipts and. disbursements, at the annual meeting, and at other meetings when requested.
SECT. 7. The Prudential Committee shall consist of the Pastor, Deacons, Clerk, Superintendent of the Sunday School, and three other brethren. They shall meet one week before each regular monthly meeting, and at other times when it is necessary. It shall be their duty to examine all candidates for membership, and to make proper inquiry

concerning them; to make preliminary inquiries in case of discipline; and to consult respecting the general welfare of the church. They shall also be a committee for the supply of the pulpit, when necessary. .
SECT. 8. The Executive Committee shall consist of nine adult male members of the church, and the Treasurer, ex- officio. SECT. 15. All the foregoing offices shall be held by adult male members of the church.
All persons chosen to offices shall hold the same, unless they are removed, resign, or cease to be members of the church, until their successors are chosen, and (in the case of Clerk) qualified.
ARTICLE IV.
