Mr. S. be- ing a practical Optician, pays particular attention to the suiting of those with defective sight with proper Spectacles, which will improve the eyes, and further protect them against failing more. Mr. S.'s ability to suit persons with Glasses who have defective sight, is well known in Massachusetts, as well through the recommendations of the most eminent Physicians and other scientific gentlemen, as also by in- numerable persons who have, during the past eight years, been sup- plied by him with Spectacles, Eye Glasses, &c. ; and he gives an as- surance that the Spectacles, Glasses, Pebbles, &c., ground by him, are warranted superior in quality, polish and finish to any made in this country. He respectfully invites the public in general, when his best efforts shall be made to suit them. COMPASSES, MATHEMAT- ICAL BOXES and DRAWING TOOLS, BAROMETERS, THERMOMETERS, HOUR and MINUTE GLASSES, STE- REOSCOPES, STEREOSCOPIC PICTURES, and OPERA GLASSES.


He Warrants all Spectacles to suit the Sight for five years, or have the same changed without extra charge.
