Relative to sidewalks and railings, we would say that the above expenditures were taken from the general sidewalk and railing appropriations, and should be added to expenditures by Highway Surveyor under those heads. Relative to Cemetery Commissioners' expenditures, it was voted at the last annual meeting to raise and appropriate $400 for care and improvement of cemeteries and it was further voted to appropriate $500 from the sale of lots in 1906 and 1907 for care and improvement of cemeteries.
