Selection of Mis thorough, have laid out for the use of said town a town way as follows; Beginning at a Stake os stones at the County Road leading to the centre of Jaice Weavin. thence over land belonging to the wife of Joseph 7. Boardman, Ir/ N Thirty seven 20 ds and eleven links to a stake stones by the road leading from Almer H. Hardy's to the Meetinghouse; Said road is to be this roas wide, and to lie on the facethemasterly side of said course- and the said Boardin adman agreed to relinquish all damages for locating said way over his lava.
