To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen of the Town to settle with Draper Ruggles, (Guardian of Lucy Black, formerly Lucy Ball who has her settlement in this town) to receive from him, her property in trust for her benefit, and enter into an obligation on the part of the town to save said Ruggles harmless on account of the property he shall so transfer and pay over to the said Selectmen, or act anything thereon.
