Article 3. To see if the Town will hold its Treasurer harmless on his bond from any loss which may arise from the failure of any National Bank or Trust Company in which the funds of the Town may be on deposit, said Bank or Trust Company being designated by the Selectmen.

ELECTRIC LIGHT DEPARTMENT.
Article 67 To see if the Town will appropriate from the income of the Electric Light Department the sum of $6,702,02 for the Depreciation Fund; the sum of $300.00 for the salaries of the Municipal Light Board, and the bal-

ance, together with unexpended balance, $2,336.35, of the year 1923, for operating expenses, renewals, repairs and new construction.
Article 68. To see if the Town will raise and appro- priate the sum of $50,000.00 in serial notes of $10,000.00 each, expiring in from one to five years, the principal and interest to be paid from the income of said Electric Light Department, for the enlargement of the equipment of the Electric Light Department, and to authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow said sum in accordance with the provisions of any general or special Act authorizing the Town to borrow for such a purpose, or to take any action relative thereto.
WATER DEPARTMENT.
Article 69. To see if the Town will appropriate from the income of the Water Department the sum of $300.00 for the salaries of the Water Commissioners and the balance for operating expenses, extensions, renewals, repairs, new construction and expenses of said Department.
Article70. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 391, Acts of 1923, relative to the collection of water rates, which makes unpaid water rates a lien upon real estate.
Article 71. To see if the Town wll vote to appropriate the sum of $2,075.88 to complete the 6" main on Hollings- worth Avenue, about 900 feet.
Article 72. To see if the Town will vote to appro- priate the sum of $3,260.08 to complete the connection on Brookside Road about 1430 feet, more or less.
Article 73. To see if the Town will vote to reappropri- ate the sum of $4,478. 10 unexpended under article 56 of the Warrant for 1923, to complete the 6" main on Plain Street, from Grove Street to Nelson's Farm.
