In accordance with the foregoing Warrant, the voters assembled in the several Precincts to cast their ballots for the various State and County officers enumerated in the Warrant and to vote "Yes" or "No" on each of two questions.
The Polls were opened in all the Precincts at eight o'clock in the forenoon and were closed at eight o'clock in the evening.

At the opening of the Polls the ballot boxes were inspected and found to be empty and the registers set to zero (0). The keys were placed in charge of the Wardens of their respective Precincts. The meetings were conducted in like manner and accordance with the Law.
At the close of the Polls when all votes had been canvassed, counted, recorded and ballots sealed according to law, they were then forwarded to the Town Clerk's Office where the figures were tabu- lated, proved and the results declared by Board of Registrars.
